As a general rule; all orders placed will initially be subject to a estimated lead time of ± 10 – 15 Business days – The estimated completion date for your order will be made available to you via email.
However, should there be stock available for all the items you have ordered, your order will be dispatched as soon as your funds reflect in our account.
Manufacturing
Manufacturing is an ongoing process and products is allocated as the orders come in – on a first come first serve basis. Once you place your order you will be added to this list. Should you not receive an order completed email in the first 3-4 days after placing your order, this means that your order is in manufacturing & will be shipped to you as soon as your order is completed – Subject to ± 10 – 15 Business days.
Courier Service
Please also allow a time of ± 3 (three) days for road freight – (if applicable) – For Outlaying / Remote areas this may increase.
