INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the following destinations:
United Kingdom, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.

Single item orders are Shipped per LCL groupage (Share)container.
“Depot to Depot/Port only”
Orders are subject to a lead time of +/-15 (fifteen) working days to completion (excludes Transit time).
Estimated Transit time from date of sailing 20 – 54 days – Depending on Destination.

INTERNATIONAL FOB & SHIPPING DEPOSITS
International FOB and shipping deposits are payable upon order placement for shipments to destinations outside of South Africa. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the shipping deposit indicated at checkout serves as an estimate only. The final shipping cost shall be determined based on the prevailing exchange rates at the time of shipment, as well as the final crated volume of the goods. The final shipping cost will be communicated to the customer once the order has been delivered to the freight forwarding agent and all wrapping and crating have been completed. Any outstanding shipping fees at the time of shipment shall be payable directly to the freight forwarding agent prior to dispatch.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Freight on Board (FOB) Cost Includes:
– Protective export packing/wrapping & crating
– Export customs clearance; handling & documentation formalities
– Export cargo dues
– Freight loaded on to vessel – Cape Town Side
– Shipping costs will be payable directly to the forwarding agent on notification.

International Shipping Cost Includes:
– Protective export packing/wrapping & crating
– Export customs clearance; handling & documentation formalities
– Export cargo dues
– Freight loaded on to vessel – Cape Town Side
– Ocean freight: Cape Town – Destination Depot/Ports

FOB & Shipping Cost Excludes:
– Collecting goods from destination Depot/Port & delivery to your premises.
– Insurance : All Risk (cost & freight) (an excess applies in the event of a claim)
– Destination customs clearance; terminal handling charge; documentation and delivery to residence
(delivery will be depot to Depot/Port only – normal access assumed)
– Any destination duties; taxes; customs inspections; demurrage; deposits; quarantine related charges; etc. that may be incurred or required
– Delivery beyond normal access
– Any extraneous charges not associated with a normal clearance or delivery at destination Port/Depot
– The use of any special lift equipment
– Any additional Handling; packing; wrapping; shipping; etc without prior notification
– Destination storage if required / incurred
– Local pre-shipment storage for cargo not dispatched within 3 weeks of first receipt of cargo at a rate of R150,00/cubic meter per week with a minimum charge of R150,00 / week

Kindly note that international FOB & Shipping Deposits Estimates are based on current shipping, destination and
exchange rates. Final cost are thus levied on rates prevailing at the time of shipment and also final crated volume.
