The Professional Built-in Braai is designed to blend effortlessly into modern entertainment spaces. Its single slide-in door retracts into a double floor housing underneath the unit, freeing up space in front of the braai while still serving as a worktop. Two stainless steel braai grids with individual height settings add flexibility for different cooking styles, and the setup includes everything needed for evening entertaining, from a built-in light fitting to a potjie hook for your cast iron pot.

Which steel grade should I choose?

This unit is manufactured using 3mm mild steel, suited to most inland environments & indoor applications. If your home is within roughly 5km of the coast, we recommend upgrading to 304 stainless steel (available as a special order) for better resistance to salt-air corrosion.

For coastal indoor applications, this braai must be maintained regularly, all components exposed to the elements above the brickwork must be constructed from 304 stainless steel or higher grade to ensure longevity. For coastal outdoor applications, consider upgrading to 316 stainless steel.
